Get timed out of att-yahoo webmail

Recently for an unknown reason, I get automatically logged out (after 15 minutes sometimes a bit more) of att-yahoo webmail, even with the 2 week check box marked.

ATT is my ISP and I sign in through ATT Currently.
Cookies is not being altered by my security program. I cleared cookies but no change.
Called Att tech but cookies related is all they could offer
I use Google Chrome but also tried MS IE but the same problem
Desk top pc
Windows 7 (which is dead as far as MS is concerned)

Any suggestions short wiping clean the hard drive and reinstall everything?

This past week I’ve had the same problem accessing my Yahoo email from my iPad. I sign in and click on the block to keep me signed in for 2 weeks and when I leave the website it asks me to resign in again. Now my iPhone doesn’t have that problem. I haven’t altered any of my iPad settings neither.

Seems like some weird stuff going on at Yahoo. Winding down service to get customers into a paid access deal?

I suspect the guys are correct. It doesn't sound like a problem that reloading Windows could help. I'm betting Yahoo has done something, probably to lessen their load by having computers constantly connected.

There was some kind of update to the AT&T mail system that I noticed a while back. It popped up while I logged in then the system did some kind of switch to my ATT.Com site. Then every time I tried to look at my mail I had to log in. It would boot me out after about 10-15 mins. Kind of annoying when jumping back and forth on tabs while trying to pay some bills. This Morning the problem seems to be better. The E-mail has not kicked me out even after an hour.
