Yes, that's the correct bumper for the 73 standard front end. It's like the 70-72 front bumper but with two extra holes on the top side for the over-and-under bumper guards that were one year only.

the 70-73 models are exceptionally popular due to their sleek styling and split front bumper. A keen eye will notice this 73 example features a full front bumper which is believed to be a dealer installed option.
