In Tucson, heading to Mechanic Worx on 22nd/Swan to finally get my car tuned on the dyno with a wide band. Curious to see what it'll do.

    406 SBC ~9.9:1
    195 AFR Eliminators
    Lunati Hyd Roller 231/239, .535/.550-lift
    Air Gap RPM
    Braswell modified Holley 750
    1 5/8 headers and Magnaflows
    Through a 3K 10 inch converter and th400, 3.23 gears, and 18" wheels

If it pulls over 400rwhp (dreaming), I'll be pumped. However, this engine still has stock rods but with ARP bolts so I'm gonna keep the RPM's pretty low.

    Any guesses?

no guesses, but when car craft use to do the dyno challenge, most folks way over estimated the rear wheel horsepower. Would you mind telling us what they charge for dyno time? jim

Overestimation = Dreaming! LOL Honestly, mid 300's is what I expect.

Dyno time is $130/hr with use of their wide band. Brett charges $100/hour to tune or you can do it yourself. My father in law will also be in attendance with his BBC Nova.

330-350HP is good power on the street.
    Good luck.
You will have a proper, efficient tune, that's for sure.

Sorry, I know this is random.... If you don't mind me asking, what time do you plan on being there? I might be able to find some time to meet a 2nd gen forum member. I'm still new to the area and it would be nice to connect to some fellow enthusiasts.

Just made it home. Man, was it HOT!!!! 106* air temp inside the dyno room during my pulls:eek: Also, I need to go to an electric fuel pump. I was having some vapor lock issues.
