Just got home from Good Guys with my father in law. Not too many second gen rides there. I did get to see the DSE car in action and up close at their booth. Anyone else make it out?
Yep. My Dad and I checked it out too. Pretty good show. It was a little larger than I thought it would be. That 64 GTO that had all 2006 components (engine, transmission, interior, brakes, functioning airbags, and even the IRS) was AMAZING!
I wanted to go, but it would take me away from the Cashmaro! Would have liked to have checked out some of the vendors. -jt
I have other things going on this weekend that will keep me from going. One of them being my jackstand-riding Camaro. It won't be riding them for much longer.
I had a fun time with my dad their today. I got some ridiculous deals on stuff at the swap meet that ill make some money off of on ebay.
Yeah, I made it out on Saturday too. Not many 2nd gens but the show was geared for pre-'72 cars. I wasn't expecting to see alot of them. It was cool to see the DSE car in action too on the autocross. Overall a good show I thought. My favorite for the show was the yellow '69 Camaro COPO ZL1, number 57 of 69. Seeing the all aluminum 427 was special.
