I don't see the issue. Looks like many other cars sitting around for sale.
I can get weeds to grow that high in a couple weeks here on the farm.
Price even sounds reasonable for a change.

Actually the "runs good, needs TLC" comment may be spot on. If the car will run and drive fine and doesn't looked wrecked that price is a steal.

TLC = Cosmetic stuff and minor mechanicals
