Grrrrr almost burned my chicken.

Mind aint what it used to be. I just cleaned some chicken breasts, and threw a few in a pan to saute for work tonight. Well, last night I boiled some water for some pasta and I always put it on high. Guess where I put the temp when I put my chicken on. Damn that pan got hot fast.

Not a traditional way of cooking, but the water, butter and seasoning mix in the pan looked like the oil that hadn't been changed in 10K miles, so I tossed it in the sink with the pieces of chicken, and washed out the pan along with the chicken, lol. Put it back in the pan, turned down the heat, and started over. I'll let you know how it tastes later.
