Care to elaborate at all? I'd love to go flush mount, but these days I just do not have time like I used to...thinking the Fesler route would be my best option. What about it was unimpressive? The fitment? The glass waviness?
now it's been a couple years and it may have been the car, but the fitment just seemed off. Maybe I was expecting perfection
Keep in mind, with the Fesler glass, it’s still not a just drop in and go. If you want the perimeter of the body to follow the glass, that requires body work too. I painted my trim with SEM black and is good looking and only cost $25
I'm about to get my Fesler glass ordered - my car is in the body shop now and they will need the glass for fitment and to see the gaps so they can see how much work needs to be done to get the gaps just right.
