Lots of inventory there. Selling it piece-by-piece could take a lifetime. That would be the best way to make $$ on it. And, you had better know your prices to make it all worth the time and research.
He'll never sell it like that. Anyone who would pay that much is smart enough to look at it. It all needs to be inventoried and inspected for contents/condition and value for the $ he's asking. There's another collection on Ebay, not quite a big but has been listed FOREVER!! I don't see $180K worth of stuff...rough estimate on what I can see in the pictures is >$10K
As much time and work involved, he would move that stuff quicker at least breaking it into lots. This will appeal to more budgets.
I agree with bad I don’t see him getting 180k for that
If you could build a few cars out off all those parts then maybe but yeah I’d say maybe 10-15
Here is a collection on my watch list. I contacted the seller about a couple of individual items but had not luck.
In that collection he do not have his parts listed correctly here is one example
Wiper Switch Depressed Park 10. 163 1994098 J-6
That one has been on Ebay for years....started at almost 8K
He's an active member here.
He sells individual parts from time-to-time via eBay, but is actively restoring cars and I think wants to keep some.
If the price is right (eBay), he will let them go, but otherwise wants to keep them I think.
I have watched that one too for a while, it’s got some good parts, but I don’t think $4k worth
There is a note to contact if interested in individual pieces. I agree he will not get that price as a lot.
