Heater hose replacement? ???'s

    I have a 1974 Camaro Z28 and I need to change out the heater hoses from the engine to the heater core but I can only see one fitting on the heater core how do I get to the other fitting on the heater core do I have to take the whole dash out or what? THANKS

    The heater core inlet /outlet come out of the firewall near the engine.On non AC cars. To the water pump and to the intake manifold. 5/8 ans 3/4 are the hose sizes. You can cut to fit the way you like. I use a Chevelle hose bracket.

    Both should be sticking out of the fire wall. Post a pic if you can.

    Did you remove the inner fender on the passenger side?

    Take a flashlight and follow the hose, you should be able to see where it connects to the heater core, but I can reach mine with inner fender in place. Mine is an A/C car.

    What year is your Camaro and is it the same as my 1974 Camaro
