Help removing window glass hardware

I am having difficulty removing these rollers. There is no nut to grab. I tried using a pair of pliers like a spanner in the slots, but no luck. Also tried a pair of vise grips on the shaft. Any ideas? Thanks.

It looks extremely rusty. I would keep soaking it with penetrating oil until you can break it loose. I think a spanner tool is your best bet.

I made mine out of a piece of round bar, roll pins and drilled and tapped the center for a bolt and tacked the bottom so it wouldn’t come loose.

I gently tapped a screwdriver sideways into the holes. Slow but effective.

I just drilled and threaded an extra hole in one of my grinder tools. Easy peasy.

I used needle nose pliers. I’m sure a 2 legged adjustable watch back case removal tool would work. Less than 1.5” max opening.

this is the real tool but I think that a tool for retracting brake piston can work because I used this tool for brake piston
