Looking for some experienced users to give me some guidance.
Got these from the big brown truck today!
First I would like to know if anybody is running tubes. The Hoosier website says I don't need to but it is acceptable. The car will see street use.
I will be putting bead screws in the rim. I was told by another racer that the amount of screws affect the stiffness of the sidewall. The more the stiffer.
I was planning on 16 screws per bead.
On a side note, do the screws on the inside bead need to aligned with the outer screws? I don't think it matters but I'm asking just in case.
Last question for now. Burnouts, heavy or light?
It was suggested to me to make a moderate burnout the first one of the night and light ones for subsequent runs.
