Just installed a hotchkis lowering kit in my 1977 Camaro and a set of their tubular A arms. Has anyone had any experience with these kits it absolutely slammed the front of the car right on the fenders. Now I’m
Still waiting on the shocks to show up but that shouldn’t increase ride hight. It came with one 1/4 spacer and the instructions said not to use it and install without them use if needed but I got a feeling I’m going to need more than one. If anyone has installed the same or delt with the same issue let me hear how many and what size you used and some pictures of rose hight would be great.

I put a 3/8 metal spacer at the upper spring perch when I put in my Hotchkis front springs. They too slammed the fenders down onto the wheels.

You get about a 2:1 increase in height at the fender lip for the spacer thickness relative to the wheel center. So I got back 3/4" at the wheel for the 3/8 spacer.

I have the same springs, and ran them for a season before I needed to do the same as Ultm8Z. I used a 3/8 stiff rubber spacer and it sits nice now. No bottoming issues.

I can take a picture later today when I take the car out. But what might be more useful for you would be some measurements that you can duplicate with a floor jack and see what it would look like on your car...

Fender lip to ground = 26.25"

Fender lip to wheel center = 14.25"

Tire height = 25.6

I have the same setup, and I ended up getting the big block spring with one 1/4" spacer to get the car off the tires.
25.5" ground to fender lip
13.25" center of wheel to fender lip
25.5" tall tire
