How does this tranny look?

    Most all of the good companies are going to do about the same things to them. I don't think you could go wrong with that one though.

    Turbo 350's are pretty easy to build.Buy a rebuild kit and valve body from ATI,and a drum with the 34 element sprag from ATI or TCI,and build it yourself!

    Power steering pump bracket

    I'm looking for a power steering pump mounting bracket that will mount my existing pump to the block of my 1977 Camaro 350. Anyone?

    Find a local shop with a good reputation if possible. Much easier I think.

    I know the owner of a local shop "Apex Transmission" personally and he said for me to bring him my tranny. One thing I have never messed with is trannies and wasnt sure if I could get the same quality? I guess its all parts. Thanks guys.

    Well, I've never messed with rebuilding trannies either, and didn't want to this time. I had Sid @ Neal Racing Trans (www.nealtrans.com) build mine after checking their reputation among the racing scene in this area. They specialize in racing Powerglides, so a bulletproof street TH350 was no problem. Dropped it off, 2 days later picked it up.
