Looking for a bright, clean hugger orange paint. Trying to stay away from anything that has the bunt orange look. What brand would you suggest?
    Pic's would be appreciated.

    Thanks!:D

Brand doesn't really matter unless you get into the high end House of Colors, Candies, etc. As long as the mixer knows what he/she is doing with or without an automated system they should all look very similar.

Just have them mix any factory paint code in the years it was available.
I used NAPA Martin Senor BC/CC.

Type of camera, lighting, indoor, outdoor, etc also makes a big difference in how they look on a PC, so don't just judge by that. Get to some shows and see a color in person. Good Luck!!

I've painted two 69 Zs and 69 SS hugger orange. One of the Z-28 was mine.I used PPG's DBC basecoat. The SS was a redo from another shop and the main complaint the owner had was the color. It looked too brown, he was happy with the PPG color. Other folks must have liked it too. It was one of the top five cars a couple of years ago at one of the Cruising the Coast venues.

Here is a picture of mine. - The original color is Hugger Orange, however when I had a batch of paint mixed up so I could paint the steel wheels they started with the 1969 GM Hugger Orange mix, but it was way more Orangier than the rest of the car. - They (English Color Supply) ended up using that mix but added small bits of yellow until it was a perfect match. ( I think they ended up using a fair amount of yellow )
