I have a lot of experience with SolidWorks so a simple 2D design package should be easy

My two cents, you want a vector based file for print. Illustrator (.ai) or Encapsulated Postscript (.eps). If you use a tiff or jpg it will need to be hi res at size and scaled at all when used.

Damn Lar, do I have to do everything for you?

Ok, maybe leave the word Murderer off and replace it with the word "CUTTER", since you cut graphics, cut cars, cut boats, hell - you cut everything.
I just cut some crap together like a ransom note, lol.

You need a Sawzall in the logo.

Lol, I thought the timing chain was cool anyway, since it pertained to automotive, but followed the theme of being a chain. Everything else was stuff I cut and pasted off of other stuff I found online, but you could have a graphic guy clean it up.
I was just joking about the Murderer part, lol.
