went and looked at a 73 type lt today.the car is too far gone to restore but there were alot of good parts left on it. just about mint fenders,header panel, 3 piece spoiler,and from what i saw the interior ( except headline) was all there and appeared to be in good shape.for what the kid was asking for it i probably could have made $500-750 on parting it out then haul the rest for scrap.
no pictures, but $500.00 i also know where there is a 70 rs factory v8 that needs complete resto for $1500
I've gotten cars before, and stripped them to nothing over the weekend. Nothing but a pickup load for the scrapyard. You could even cut the skins off and sell them to a stock car racer for $100.
called my brother in law to see if he wanted to go in on it as he has 90 acres and a 3 bay garage, he said yepp, called the kid back and he sold it like 20 minutes after i left.
