If you want to block x over ports ---
you can do like thousands of budget grassroots racers do ---
cut a coupla small rectangles of any thin steel (Not alum) and also trim the gasket to fit the steel. Use RTV around the steel & gasket
In a pinch at a circletrack (whose rules require running EB 2101) I've cut one out of a soda can but it only works for a while before that'll burn thru. Steel MUCH better; stainless best.
And , Yes, permatex thread sealer (the white teflon based) can be retorqued.

About the Permatex Thread Sealer: Can it be retorqued several times? Like the ARP sealer?
