my research also found:

dual plane: low end torque, lose a little at top high HP
use dual for street/strip where the max rpm is 6500 or lower

single plane: lose a little low end torque but gain some high end HP
use single for street/strip where the max rpm is over 6500 or the converter stall is 3K or higher.

dart intakes

Just a lil sidenote:

Have you looked at the Dart Iron Eagle intake manifold? I was looking for an intake to better match my heads (Iron eagle 200cc) and was thinking about going wiht that one, but was hopin to compare it to the edelbrocks as i liked those as well!

You do know there are 3 team G intakes right

i cant do all your research for you. if you are interested in the G intake im sure that person will do their own research. if not then they get what they get.

this is just a little summary for those that actually use the search function. its also nice to know the height changes and what rpms each intake is SUPPOSED to handle.

but thanks for the pat on the back.

Its great info I just was saying. Sorry. I spent DAYS looking for a intake shorter than 3.75 at the front for a circle track class that had that limit. Thats why I know. The shortest is 3.50".

You should have just asked for a copy of my spreadsheet! It's got all those intakes and and specs plus more, but no gasket recommendations.

Or just looked up the thread with all the info from the magazine test article.

What do you have now? Curious at to why you think you need a new one.
