Looks to me the clutch fork has worn to the point that the adjustment pushrod has gone through it. If I'm seeing the pictures correctly, the clutch fork should be available from many places. The adjustment pushrod can be easily found too. Firms like NPD, Classic Industries, Camaro Central just to name a few should have what you need. Down side is transmission will need to come out. If the cross shaft is broken which I can't tell from the pictures, the same companies probably have what you need.

Is that the stock return spring? Looks way too heavy of a spring compared to a stock one, that might have played into the issue of the rod wearing thru the clutch fork.

Sorry, I'm no help on parts I just thought I would high-light the image so people know what you are talking about.
(It took me a minute to see it.)

    Good Luck!

    There’s nothing a mig can’t fill. ^
I had to add metal to the hole where the adjustment rod goes in.

I still think that is not the stock return spring, looks like a drum brake return spring, this could have contributed to both of the failures causing too much tension on the parts.
