    Hi everyone wanna change my 81 z28 from auto to manual
    if someone has the whole 4 speed set up i would love to buy it

    You opened with: "The car was in mint condition. Originally had the lime green, but had since been repainted Emerald green. The owner purchased the car 7 years prior from the original owner." after you got the top and paint off, that car was no-where near mint condition when you bought it, or am I missing something ?

    It was in great shape when i bought it. i didn't start on the bodywork for 8 years after i bought it. it was in a wreck prior to my purchase. that was when the cars color was changed. so probably over ten or more years the bodywork started to bubble.

    Sorry no posts in awhile. I've been waiting on friend to help with rearend and steering column. I've been reinivating the garage. New lights, insulation, sheetrock and homemade cabinets. lots of work done since early Dec.

    Yup, it didn’t happen if there are no pics...you have been sitting on your couch eating bon bons in your free time if there is no proof....;)

    Ok, if everyone wants to see. First thing I did was to put in a new rollup door. Drove to Houston to pick it up.
