Yep, usually what I do is type the title or some of the body into a eBay search and I usually find it.
These scammers use eBay to find pictures and descriptions

Yep, they get your email and tell you the car is in another town and to see if you'll bite, then they want you to make a deposit into a "escrow" account or wire the full cash amount to them....then you never hear from them again.
Sad thing people actually still fall for these scams
