Needs some hard to find parts (air cleaner for one) but the bones look pretty good. Has the right tach for the L78. Anybody familiar with this one?

Overall looks pretty nice and has a lot of the hard to find parts already. The tach looks a bit too orange to be original but the speedo looks original. I suppose the tach could have been upgraded if it was an original dummy gauge car. Is it just me or does this appear have the standard cooling opening in the core support ?

Throw on some door panels, sill plates, radio knobs and a dipstick and it's darn near complete.

On a side note from another topic, this is an 05A build with a short spoiler and no signs of a Camaro By Chevrolet emblem.

Looks like the gentleman passed away last year and they are auctioning off his collection. More rarities. https://www.bigiron.com/Auctions/Jun_16_2022_1P

First up is a beautiful 1970 Boss 429. Look at the size of that engine...., and those heads....,

Pretty decent collection there for sure. Nice looking 70z in green too. Price on that Mustang is impressive and several days to go on the auction.

I noticed that too Joe - but the car has been repainted and lots of short spoilers were added back in the day. Would love to see up in trunk cutouts if there are holes under the spoiler for the original emblem...or not.

the more I look at this car, the more I like it. Dave - did you notice the shrouds over the fender side bumpers?

Yeah, I saw those, Steve. Good indicator of original steel.

Any members close by to look it over?

There is a Citrus Green 70 Z for sale also. It is a bit more "used" and has some non-original stuff, but still a great driver.

Actually, just zoomed in on the trunk lid photo...does not appear to have emblem holes!

Is the short spoiler wide enough to cover the holes? I know tall spoiler is. I guess you could always weld them up. There wasn’t any additional holes drilled on the bottom of the lid.
