All the salvage yards I looked around wanted a minimum $2000!

A yard by me here didnt know what they had. I guess I ruined it for future buyers by explaining it to them. I was so shocked at the price I told them I wanted proof of the 30000 miles, so they gave me the BMV for the motor. It was legit....they got back at me on the tranny though.....$1700 was a little steep, but I wanted the lowest mile I could find.

I agree, They got you on the transmission. But it evened out, $2500 package is still an awesome deal.

When I was looking for LQs and LYs, I just couldn't find one at a good price range let along low miles! Most where in the $1500-$3000 range, all with 80K+ miles.
