There are a few sources, "Painless" seems to be the most straight forward
and easiest to use. There are other cheaper ones though. Approx. $600.

has harnness for sale, they are striped down to what you just need. Also they will flash, to remove VCC, and other non use sensors.

I have 3 factory LT1 caprice harnesses that work fine, they have the engine compartment fuse box installed as well. $175 each shipped or $225 shipped with the PCM. One is 1994 and two are 1995, basically the same harness other than the auto trans wiring.

FWIT I used a TechRods harness, bought it on fleabay for $450. Was well worth it, was able to order it with the options I needed and I know it's one of the reasons my swap turned out so well.
