what have most done for a driveline into a second gen , I have a new HD aluminum 3" for a 95 bird but its too short, t-56 spicer yoke front, 9" ford rear, which is the combo I'm running? would it be cheaper to get this one rebuilt? or is there a factory swap from a newer gm.

I had my factory drive shaft cut down. I believe a Mustang drive shaft from I believe around 95 fits without trouble. I know I came across it doing a search back when I was researching before I started my swap.

I also had a brand new driveshaft made for mine. I wouldnt waste my time with a stock shaft.

I got the mid 80s 2WD Blazer driveshaft from a junk yard for 15 bucks. If all
goes well I will find out this weekend if it fits like they say!

Hows it going Sam? Been alright I guess had a couple more surgeries on my ankle last year so that slowed me down a bit. As far as the camaro goes it is still locked up in the trailer and has had negative progress made on it in the last 2 years as I found out the clutch is stuck on it now and I cant wait to see how much its gonna cost me to fix that since its a twin disc setup. I am still around here all the time just usually in the bs area.
