I purchased the chevy LT4 hot cam for my 350. I received it today. It didn't come with a cam card. I know the overall specs. Does anyone know the valve opening and closing specs?

I know the lift and duration. Just wanting the actual valve opening and closing events. I can get it when I degree the cam. Just wanted to know what it should be. I guess Chevy doesn't publish it anywhere?

I know you said you know all these, but I'll post them for everyone else to see.

The lift is .525" with 1.6:1 rockers, .492" with 1.5:1 rockers

The duration at .050" is 218*/228*

Advertised duration is 279*/287*

The lobe seperation angle (LSA) is 112*.

I don't know the Intake Centerline (IC or aka ICA). I would imagine it's 4* advance like any other production SBC cam, which would make it 108*, but this is where learning how to degree a cam the proper way pays off.

Input this info in any program like Desk Top Dyon or Engine Analyzer Pro and you can find out all the other numbers.

I ran the above info in Pat Kelly's DCR calculator program and get the following:

Intake open: 30.5 BTDC Intake close: 68.5 ABDC
Exhaust open: 78.5 BBDC Exhaust close: 28.5 ATDC

Hope I did that right and it helps;
