Magic Jack?

I've used NetTalk for about 4 yrs now. It plugs straight into the hub and works great. No echo, no delay and no distortion.

It costs about $40/hr.

We have the DUO II. It costs ~$40 with the first year of service for free.

I can't praise it enough. The only problem we've had is having to reset the device (cycle it by unplugging it, then plugging it back in) after any power surges from our wonderful electric company.
