So far, the Winter hasn't been too bad here. We managed to see -20 in December, and again this week it made -20 again. I don't count wind chill because I can't read it on my thermometer. Wind Chill is whatever the Weather Service thinks it is at the moment. If they want it different, they just change the numbers. Actual thermometer temperature is real. Although, I have found that since the Weather Service switched to digital thermometers, they no longer match the readings on analog thermometers.

Ya you guys usually get hit worse with the cold than the rest of us, so if its milder than usual for you, we cant complain.
I dont buy into wind chill for cold temp bragging rights, but the concept sure is a real thing when u have to stand out in the cold and even a mild wind picks up.

Ontario's "Wiarton Willie" says it will be an early spring, the other guy "Sam" says the opposite.

Quebec's "Fred la Marmotte" was found dead......the way the news cast said it, it sounded like Dave Chappelle said it, laughed my a$$ off.

0c at the moment here (+32F) However, we had freezing rain overnight. Something that isn't even a consideration when it's -30.
