MSD or holley fuel injection

    anyone have any input on what system is better? It's for a 1970 Camaro with sbc engine 5 speed trans? Holley requires a fuel return line, MSD doesn't.

    Just for gee whiz...if your car had the charcoal evap canister, the small vent line that comes up the driver's side makes a perfect return line. I ran this way for a long time, no issues. Not sure if the early 70's had evap cans.

    mine doesn't have a charcoal canister! but that was a great idea!

    I am using a Holley Commander 950 TBI. A wideband O2 sensor takes care of the fine tuning. Works great.

    You cant use hard line with that returnless system with the MSD, just FYI.

    I have the Holley and I think it is great, more versatile than the other "basic" systems.

    Just remember that Holley's been in this business for a day or two. Wonder who is actually producing the MSD units.
