Another thing I am doing with mine, is putting the clear on top of the new stripe kit. This will prevent them from fraying on the edges over time and preserves the original look. Tip: In a judging competition you are allowed 3 modifications before falling out of the "original" class. In case you intend to go that far. Not that we Camaro owners want to show off at all.
awesome. Thanks for the info abuot the judging. Thats a good idea about the stripes to. Just be careful not to run the clear. And ur right us camaro guys... we dont show off. lol
Actually Good Pics!!!! Well I came home today and decided to clean up the Z. Its not perfect but damn if it dont look good. Let me know what you think about her. Keep in mind i have done no body work yet and will start soon im hopeing. -Matt
Yesturday the car wasn't wanting to run very well so i checked and the plugs were dirty so i took them out and cleaned them up with a wire brush. Put them back in and man, let me tell you. That car came alive after that. What i think happened is that they were fouled out when we were having carb issues after the carb was rebuilt and we were trying to prime the car. So now that they are clean its running awesome.
Well not much to up because i havn't started the summer job yet so $ is low. But come this summer u guys better hang on! lol Here are some pics from today.
