you will have no issues. i noticed when shopping for lifts that the lift arms on some models don't move as far as the Danmar so keep that in mind. glad i could help.

In 1969,1970 did chevy use the lt1 motor in the nova 2 door coupes?Do you know if chevy made two types of lt1 in 1969,1970,as in one with solid cam and hydraulic cams?Was reading a web sight on sbc and seen two blocks,one with solid cam,another with hydraulic cam,same year,same block numbers,almost like a secret or cheaper version of lt1s.Just wondering?

1 LT1 version 350/360 hp for 70 Z28 and the 70 COPO Nova and 70 sYc Nova. For the 70 Vette it got the LT1 with 350/370 hp due to the ram horn exhaust manifolds. There were no 70 LT1 hydraulic cam cars.

A late friend of mine Pete Simpson has a bunch of COPO cars and one was the 70 Nova which didn't make it for the sYc Yenko conversion to the Deuce. 1 of 2 in Canada.

Nice car!If the motor is original,I would take the heads off and store them,due to they are made for leaded fuel,install the correct heads for unleaded fuel.
