My 72 454...

    hey thanks, I am in love with this car so the bumps, bruises and rust are all part of this beautiful experience....my 3 year old son is loving hanging out in the garage with his dad and being my lil assistant as well as asking "why" repeatedly...but i am glad he does..hopefully he will soak some of it in..

    got in the garage for a bit today and started tearing down the sub frame, tie rods and "A" arms...

    I told my son, who is 3 also, that the car would be his someday. Now, every time we're in the shop he tells me to hurry up and "fix" the car so he can drive it! He just wants to play with the shop vac most of the time!

    yea I told my boy the exact same thing and when the car comes up in a conversation he makes sure to let everyone know that it is his race car...

    Just got my hotchkis tubular arms in...waiting on my complete suspension system and my front wilwood brake kit should be in today!! Also placed my order for my rear wilwood disc brake kit...

    This is the front brake kit I ordered from Wilwood...just got it in yesterday after some minor issues with UPS. I am hoping to get the subframe blasted and coated this week..so I can start putting my suspension together..

    hey thanks...
    I finally have all of my suspension parts in and the sub-frame is being blasted...I am hoping to start putting the frame, susp., and disc brakes all together in the next few days....the tear down is complete for the most part so now comes the fun stuff! BRINGING HER BACK TO LIFE!!!

    well here I just got then frame back from the blast shop...

    should start putting the front suspension together pretty soon...just waiting on a few minor things...
