You have his number, call him up and tell him to deliver the car ! Then pay him . End of story!
I don't think he has the car... Its gone. this is not a case of payment required for delivery, it is a stolen car. When I call his number he does not answer, when the detectives call his number he does not answer, last I heard the detectives are trying to get a court order to access his home address from AT&T.

Ok good, as long as the police are actively working on it. All that info is very time sensitive, sometimes you have to push them to get action.
They should be able to get the address.

Anyone live in the Kennesaw/Atlanta area? I can give you the address where the car was last seen.....
I'm getting frustrated. I gave the cops this dudes phone numbers and all information that I have..
I don't but I can do some searching. Send it privately, I'll see if I can at least find a house name nearby with contact info. to assist in the search.

So the shipping broker that put a bid out on Ubid website is called Tempur Logic and they are trying to say that it is my fault that the car was stolen. They are trying to say that I somehow kicked them out of the contract to ship the car based on a conversation with the scammer, myself and this broker. The car was already stolen at this point and the information was given or taken from Tempur Logic. I understand that they do not want to be responsible but this is ridiculous! once I get payment from Hagerty I will just let them deal with it.
Anyone know how long Hagerty takes to pay out on a theft?
