For Sale: Used LH Upper Control Arm from a 1970 Camaro, GM # 3964827, which is also listed in my vintage Chevrolet parts catalogs for 1971 and 1972 Camaro models. The stampings are "A" and "6"" (photo #2) and larger letter "E" & "0" (photo #3). I assume that the "A", "6", and "0" are a date code January 6, 1970, not sure about the meaning of the larger letter "E". There is also a "F7T" stamping with smaller letters.
Attached to the control arm is the shaft, GM # 3986036, which is stamped with the letter "A" and also listed for 1970-1972 Camaro models.
The ball joint which seems to be original because it is riveted to the arm is stamped with the letter "I" and the number "15" (see photo #4). The rubber cover on the ball joint has the GM # "9740081" and "10-40" (see photo #12).

The upper control arm and shaft are in good restorable condition but should be dis-assembled and media blasted before rebuilding with a new ball joint and bushings.

According to GM Parts History Catalog (for service parts sold over the counter) the Upper Control Arm Assembly, GM # 3964827, was replaced in Oct. 1973 with GM # 335893. GM # 331277 (listed for 1973 Camaro models in my 1973 Chevrolet Parts Catalog) was replaced by GM 335893 in Sept. 1974 which was then replaced by GM # 351217 and then replaced by GM # 14002389 and finally replaced by GM # 14034861. I have no idea what the differences are based on the part number supersessions.

According to GM Parts History Catalog (for service parts sold over the counter) the Shaft, GM # 3986036, was replaced in Mar. 1974 with GM # 6259679 which was then replaced by GM # 356852.

$25 for the 3964627 1970-1972 LH Upper Control Arm Assembly dated "A 6 0" as shown in the photos w/ 3986036 shaft plus shipping and Paypal fee (if applicable).
If interested, SEND ME A PM and SPECIFY ITEM # 64.

For Sale: Used original trunk lid from a 1970 Camaro, GM # 9819030, that I bought on Ebay from someone in California back in the 1990's.
It appears the the trunk lid was originally green then repainted brown. The small holes for the "Camaro By Chevrolet" emblem were spot welded and then ground flat to match the top surface (see photo #2) and then painted with gray primmer paint. There is a "T15" stamping (see photo # 11) on the bottom side of the lid where I believe the "T" indicates the Grand Blacc, MI, plant where it was made and "15" indicates the 15th week of the year (See "1970 Trunk Emblem" thread dated May 5, 2011, Item # 20).

There is no significant rust in the painted area, The top side is primer paint (by the previous owner, I assume), however, you can see surface rust when you look thru the various factory holes on the bottom side because the bare steel was never painted inside. Shipping can be quite expensive. I have 10 more photos of the trunk lid.

$100 for the used trunk lid plus shipping and Paypal fee (if applicable).
If interested, SEND ME A PM and SPECIFY ITEM #66.
