For Sale: Unusual Replacement Top Radiator Panel for 1970-1975 Camaro (GM # 3973904) and 1976-1981 Camaro (GM # 360638) models with H.D.

This panel has no part number stamped on it. Years ago at a salvage yard I removed the panel from a 1973 Camaro with a H.D. radiator support. This panel has an extra 3/8" diameter hole near the center. The panel was painted with gloss black paint when I removed it. There is evidence on the bottom side of pitting caused by rust as shown in photos 6, 7, and 8. There is no pitting from rust on the top surface. The center hole to center hole measurements between the four 3/8" holes are as follows: 11 1/32" + 1 1/32" + 13 15/16" = 26" total. The overall length of the panel measures 28 3/4". The width of the panel measures 5 1/4" at the ends and 4 1/8" in the middle section. The center to center measurement between the two small 1/4" holes for the rubber pads is 26 5/8". The center to center measurement between the two 3/8" holes that are for mounting the fan shroud is 21 1/16".

I have researched the 360638 panel (replaced the 3973904 panel in Sept. 1975 as per GM Parts History for service parts) which was used on 1976-1981 Camaro models as well as its replacement, GM panel # 14015198. The 3973904, 360638, and the 14015198 panels all have one single 3/8" hole near the center. The reproduction panels listed on eBay also seem to only have one 5/16" hole near the center.

$15 for the unusual replacement top radiator panel plus shipping and PayPal (if applicable).

For Sale: Original 1970 Camaro SS350, Chevelle, Chevrolet Exhaust Manifolds. The RH exhaust manifold is casting # 3973432 and dated "F 3 0" (June 3, 1970). The LH exhaust manifold is casting # 3942529 and dated "E 19 0" (May 19, 1970). The exhaust manifolds should be media blasted and the 6 studs should be replaced. I have removed studs from exhaust manifolds with heat to save the threads in the cast iron.

PLEASE DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH BEFORE YOU SAY THAT YOU WILL BUY THESE EXHAUST MANIFOLDS. THEY ARE NOT "CORRECT" FOR A 1970 CAMARO Z28.

Note: "Early 1970" models were issued RH exhaust manifold with a 3932376 casting number.

According to Chevrolet and GM Parts History for service parts:
    GM # 3942529 was replaced with GM # 3989043 in August 1971.
GM # 3932376 was replaced with GM # 3973432 in Jan. 1971 which was then replaced with GM # 336708 in Feb. 1974

    ALSO, 3 NOS GM # 344996 studs (length = 3 1/16") and 3 NOS GM # 483543 (length 2 9/16"), $12 for the 6 studs (photos 11-12). These 6 studs were removed from a set of NOS exhaust manifolds dated 1976.

$50 for the pair of exhaust manifolds (as shown in photos #1-#10) plus shipping and PayPal (if applicable).
    Shipping will be in a 27" X 12" X 6" carton weighing 31.5 lbs. from zip code 03054.

If interested send me a PM.

Fore Sale" Used Original "Early" 1980 Camaro 14" X 7" steel wheel stamped "K 1 9", "9", (valve hole), "UC". This is a Kelsey-Hayes ("K") wheel made in Romulus, MI, ("1") on September 19, 1979. According to my 1975, 1976, 1977, and 1981 Chevrolet Parts Catalogs in Gr. 5.803 the "UC" wheel is GM # 362052 for use on the following:
75 Nova, Camaro (exc. rally wheel)
    76-77 FQ (exc. rally wheel)
    77-79 F, X
    80-81 F
My 1981 Chevrolet Parts Catalog (April 1981) for models thru 1975 lists GM # 362052 (stamped "UC") for use on the following:
69 Chevy II, Camaro (S.S.)(exc. mag. type wheel, rally wheel)
70 Nova (S.S.)(exc. mag. type wheel, rally wheel)
    70 Camaro (350, 396 4BC)(exc. rally wheel)
    71-75 Camaro (exc. rally wheel)
71-72 Nova (Spt. Cpe.)(exc. rally wheel)
    73-75 Nova (exc. rally wheel)

According to GM Parts History for service parts:
GM # 3975667 (this wheel is stamped "CL") was replaced by GM # 334397 (this wheel is stamped "EM") in December 1974 which was then replaced by GM # 362052 (stamped UC" as mentioned above) sometime between Sept 1976 and Jan. 1978. I have compared this "UC" to my used and N.O.S. 14" X 7" "CL" wheels that I once owned and see no difference except for the stampings.

As shown in the photos this wheel is in good condition and just needs to be cleaned , sanded to remove surface rust areas, and then re-painted.

$30 for the "UC" wheel plus shipping and PayPal (if applicable).
If interested send me a PM. Dave

For Sale: Lug wrench for 3/4" lug nuts that has the letter "O" forged on the lug head as shown in photo #7. I removed this lug wrench from a 1970 Monte Carlo in a salvage yard in Massachusetts back on Nov. 20, 1993. The lug wrench measures as follows: about 17 1/2" long section, about 4 1/2" short section, 19 3/4" C/C diagonal. The angle at the bend measure about 112 degrees.

This lug wrench is SIMILAR to original 1970 Camaro lug wrenches that I have had in years past (see drawing dated 5/17/2011 in photo #8). The lug wrenches installed in 1971 and later Camaro models seem to be about an inch or so longer as shown in photo #9 dated 03/31/2011. All the original Camaro lug wrenches as shown in photo #9 have been sold.

As shown in the photos this lug wrench is in in good condition without any rust or pitting from rust. I cleaned off the black paint and light surface rust with my wire wheel. The lug wrench just needs to be sanded and then re-painted.

$20 for the lug wrench as shown in photos #1 - #7 plus shipping and PayPal (if applicable).
