New to PA - Antique plates

    Northern Lancaster county here. As long as nothing is sticking out of the hood you will be ok. There was a guy running around here with a tubbed Chevy 2 with antique plates and had no issues. There was a guy who had a 70 Chevelle with a 8-71 that got pulled over every time he came in our township (east cocalico).

    A few years ago PA removed the requirements for pictures in order to obtain antique tags. Prior to the change they were very picky about the photos. They needed to be taken directly on with no angle. I was pleasantly surprised by the change. Bottom line, you should have nothing to worry about.

    nothing sticking out of my hood. this is great news. thanks for the information. I'm supposed to settle next Monday so we'll see how it goes.

    Good luck. They were welcome changes. We did a '51 GMC 5 window pickup, and they kicked it back for no hubcaps. PITA.
