Currently on hold with Summit for the last 10 minutes trying to see how they want me to handle this. I ordered a pair of axles, I can tell by the weight one is completely gone.

Probably came of the boat in NYC.
Shipped out of the Texas warehouse. Not sure where before that but I'm pretty sure Summit didn't send it out like that, missing an axle. Summit had me open the package and inspect it. One axle was fine one was MIA. They are sending me a replacement.
Except for a little misunderstanding at the beginning Summit was top notch about rectifying it for me. Fingers crossed I get the other axle this time around.

I had Amazon ship me an empty envelope a couple of weeks ago but seemed to get it resolved easily. Still it was baffling LOL
Meanwhile I ordered a single GoPro battery and I received a box (1) box of 40 of them.

Happens ALL the time at my work,Item is shipped to us in bricks of 6-Warehouse too lazy to open bricks,so pickers grab a brick as 1 item even though labeled in 1 inch letters QTY 6 and send them out to customers,Too busy talking on their phones,only reason they wear a mask-YIKES-Price is $236 a part so we lose$1200 ish each time they do it,but in true corporate fashion they have meetings/whine but can't come up with the solution in front of their faces-open the brick and stock them indivually-that would be too easy -No Brains no headaches -stick it to them-Later Steve!!

Had a part shipped to me - spark plugs. Out for delivery (USPS) yesterday. The post office is 2 miles from my home. Tracking said its out for delivery. Never arrived. Checked it out this morning....waiting for delivery scan at the post office. Who the hell knows where it is. I'm heading over in a few to see what's going on.
while I TRY not to amazon TOO much...i can say once we got the delivery MESS fixed at this house....there is absolutely NOTHING bad i can say about their customer service stuff. On the flip of that i can understand the enormity of it. "keep that wrong $40 piece....we will have the correct one to you overnight sir"....As it would cost them 3 hrs to return my little $40 part.....cheaper to write it off.
I ordered wrong size mattress via mid click, 400 dollar foam in box. Contacted them. Said keep it, Queen is on the way. I said what about old one? They said keep it, donate it, destroy it. They don’t care

FedEx has me PO'ed this week. My new riding lawnmower has been sitting out here for nearly a week, each day the tracker says 'weather delay', we've been in the 70's and 80's all week long.
