    Ingenious design!

    The only thing they didn't test for locking a nut to a bolt is the thing which holds them the tightest... Road salt corrosion. :confused:

    No sense testing road salt corrosion. We already know that the bolt twists off long before a salt correded nut comes loose.

    GM put this type of deal on the CV shaft nuts for police Impalas on a TSB a few years back.
