Thanks for the feedback, I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t being overly critical and this was or was not more the norm for dashpads.
Thanks Rick,Just now seeing this. That is absolutely not the norm, and we will happily exchange. If you have not made arrangements already, please call the NPD location from which your pad shipped, and they will thoroughly inspect the next pad prior to shipping, as well as issue a call-tag for UPS to pick up the defective one.
Yes, the manufacturer should have never let this one slip through, and every time we have a situation like this, they have to issue us credit. We (NPD) do not pull the pads out of the boxes and inspect prior to shipping, for the same reason you wouldn't want to pay full price for a flat-screen TV where the box has been opened, bags torn into, and then everything put back in and re-taped. That's why "open box" stuff is always discounted.

I just saw this... Sure, I can try to make that happen!!! Please send me an email [email protected] . I'll see if I can hunt it down when it returns. To the OP, if you see this, please let me know which NPD your pad was returned to, because I don't have any information to find you in our system.Rick you want to sell me his defective dash pad at a discount?
