Outer Rocker Panel Replacement Help

    I replaced the driver side rocker on my car. It was AMD.

    Totally agree if in doubt and if there is bondo, then go ahead and replace it.

    Plus you can clean the inner part of the rocker much easier. Epoxy the inside of both panels and use some sort of weld through coating on the seam. Happy Dan how did you like the fit of the AMD rocker? My chevelle will need extensive surgery and was wondering what to buy.

    It seems to me that no matter what you buy, it needs some kind of messaging but the AMD fit pretty well.

    Yeah My car used most all GM metal, I bought it back in the early eighties. And that needed some work as the dies were not as crisp and they had been sitting in warehouses forever. The original poster needs to study your support structure. He will need something like that to save his car.
