I don't have a decent picture of my first motorcycle. It was a Honda 160 that I bought back in 1966. This is all I can come up with today.
1972 Yamaha LT2 100. Got it when I was 14. Wish I still had it.

Don't remember much. but it had a mcculloch power plant.

Bird Engineering was located in Fremont,
Ne. They made many different products including a "T" bucket kit that was advertised in the back of Hotrod Magazine for years. I think I remember seeing Bird mini bikes running around eastern Ne., but I've only seen one Mini M/X. Those Mc Culloch motors were 125cc and pretty snotty (15hp). They were the same engine sold to cart racers. They had a Tillotstin (sp?) 45 mm "pumper" carb that didn't have a float. They shook like a paint mixer, but the M/X had the motor fastened to what looked like an automotive motor mount. I don't know how well that worked, but we had trouble keeping expansion chamber fastened to the exhaust port.

Great topic! First bike was a "Moto Skeeter", made by the Moto Ski snowmobile company in the 70's. I have no digital pics of it, I'm sure my parents have pics somewhere.
Then went to Yam 125 Enduro, then RD 400, RZ 350, Kaw KZ 650 SR, Kaw KZ 1000, HD 1340 FX, then countless (30+) over the years.
Bike in photo has been with me 30 years, it's a Frankenstein of years including 87 FLHS drivetrain, 2003 Road Glide fairing.

I then had a Suzuki 185, a Suzuki 380, Yamaha RD 350, Yamaha 750 then (and last) a HD FXDWG. Killed me to sell it. Never mind about the RZ 500 I bought in your country and smuggled home. Those damn things were super quick!
