I think with more track time and tuning you'll be 10.0's with that combo in cooler weather. Turn it harder;)

I would love to turn it harder, but worried about screwing something up to bad.

I hate to say it sometimes because I've ALWAYS been a SBC guy but hey, a big ole BBC... Ain't life grand?!?! Amazing how much room you have to grow with yours too.

You did good! Great ride you have there!

6200 should be no problem. I need to get some test and tune time, and see what shift point the car likes the best.

While i was writing this, my father inlaw called (big time drag racer for many many years) and told me to make an appointment with the track to see if my car will cert to 8:50. He told me if it does we will pull that motor out so he could have a real motor built for it. He has been looking for an excuse to get back in the race world. O'boy here we go!!! LOL

    LOL..
I just don't know if i want to do a all out race car. Don't get me wrong, its a blast, but the main track around here only has races 5-8 times a year. I just don't know if i could justify getting rid of my street car for a small amount of racing. Right now i have best of both worlds, but i would like to faster.
    What a dilemma i have.

    .

Nothing I have can be used on the street.

Sounds like time for a chassis car!! Then you have double the best of both worlds??
