Ours is a 5-car, but you really have to stuff 4 in one side lol. The left side is about 1.5 which we use to do the heavy work. Currently has the 80 Z/28 getting a restoration. I put epoxy down a few years ago. It's held up "ok" considering the concrete isn't so good underneath.

Some details on each of the cars:

1980 Z/28 Factory red/orange, N90 gold mags, undergoing major restoration
1986 IROC-Z, 305 TPI, T-Tops, auto, about 95% stock.
1994 Z28, Drag car, street/strip, 10.15 at 133.65 N/A, 414 cube LT1, pump gas
2015 Z/28 Autocross BEAST, 492 rwhp, RE-71's

My garage is 25X50. You could squeeze 6 small cars in it but I keep my Camara, Corvette and 36 5w coupe in it. One spot left open for my wife's Cruze.
It's two stories and I'm converting one half of the second story

into a lounge/cave/escape. I will drywall it but I have to move some outlets first.
My daughter and her husband want to live there when they move back from England. No bathroom so that may be a problem!
