    Tried my new smoker the other day, smoked a pork shoulder and two racks of St Louis style ribs. This was my first attempt, everything came out pretty good.
    Still a bit to learn about time and different methods, but pretty happy with the first attempt. Didn't get a pic of the shoulder after it was done.
