Oh !! heck yeah, if you mow all that !! Good investment.

We have guys at work with 12K + mowers like Scag, Dixie Choppers, Huskvarna and they are all huge commercial mowers. The thing is none of them own over 1 acre !!! A couple years it was like a competition on who could spend the most money on a mower. It was quite amusing to hear the arguments on who had the best one.

The mower we sold to get this one we paid just shy of 12k for. They go all the way up to over 15k if you go diesel. Those are way too heavy for nice residential lawns.

It was strange this winter. The grass here never really browned out very much this winter even with the 30" blizzard we had. I suspect not next week but the week after we will be cutting our first lawns of the season. Pretty early to be cutting already. Usually waits to the first week or two of April.

Well I pretty much stole this lista work bench. Picked it up for $250 pretty much like new with keys and everything. Anyone that has ever priced or used lista stuff knows this stuff is built like a tank and you pay dearly for it.

They call them work stations Dirt its about 6" taller than a typical desk and 6" shorter than a standing work station.

As far as the boxes go you should see both of my buildings right now, they are horrible and I cant find anything. I currently have everything out of the front building to insulate, rewire, and finish it so its all packed in my back building for the most part. So i have 3300 sq. feet of mess and disorganization to lose everything in...
