Added. I could never get rid of tools and it seems that trait has transferred to guns now.
This is going to be fun. My channel and tools im building along the way.
Picked up this Lane cedar hope chest for $15 today at a local thrift store. Serial number decode makes manufacture date 03/19/43.
Today was my last day of work so I guess I'll have the time to try my hand at some restoration work.
Needs a wood dowel for the inside hinge on one side. Also as you can see, the lower front needs some veneer work.
Interior is mint.

Unfortunately, all my items like the ones pictured above were lost in a terrible boating accident.
However I did buy a new transmission oil cooler. I'm taking the radiator out of the circuit.
That's cool, my Mom had the same one but when my dad died he wanted it to go to my Nephew so that's what I did. Always like those cedar chests, if I still had it I would make a nice stereo out of it.
I really did not know about this tool till the guy water jetting some plates for a welding cart/toolbox build im doing for my youtube channel told me about it. Im gonna have many uses with this new toy!!
