Went to the junkyard today to look for stuff.
Came home with a full set of factory fender flares for the Suburban.
The right rear flare will cover some minor dents that are there from the previous owner's son.
Next will be front and rear bumpers if I get ambitious.

I also purchased a 7 round Mossy 500 magazine tube to add to my RIA M5 to up capacity from 5+1 to 7+1.

My favorite body style of Chevy truck. I had the exact same truck when I was younger. A 1967 though.

Man am I jealous would love to have one of these trucks! Been considering trying trade the camaro off on one if the chance came along.

Holy crap man that is a project bike... I had an 83 185s about 10 years ago was a great running little machine except that rigid tail made it brutal to be on anything but a smooth yard, never could get use to the push down to up shift on it either. lol

Thanks for the compliments on the truck! This is the fourth 67-72 C/10 that I’ve owned over the years. I was much younger and the others weren’t nearly in this condition.

@xten it looks like your old truck and mine could be twins. You don’t the that color very often and I like it a lot.

@Happy_Dan thats a solid C/20 you have there!

Here’s a couple more pics for those interested.....

Fantastic little truck there, I would put my 461 peanut port engine in that and have a ton of fun. Good score.
