$300 for a 39a is a steal especially if it is an older one. I have a 60's vintage one and kick myself still for selling my buddy a 50's vintage one I had before it.
definitely a good price then!
This weekend’s project:
I was browning craigslist awhile back, guy had one of those bbc dual quad setups advertised wanting to trade for a 4 barrel intake and 4 barrel. I traded a performer intake with a 600 holley for the dual quad with a pair of 750 edlebrocks. He thought it was touch trouble on his boat.
no pics but just grabbed a pair of 66 chevelle bucket seats off craigslist, guys got my next project sitting in his yard, just have to wait for him to let it go. jim

Picked up a road bike to tool around the local paved bike trails. Don't know if I'll keep it..we'll see.
I was able to do a little work today. Even go in a quick ride with getting over the covid pneumonia.
took the Trek for a quick blast too.

Decided to upgrade welding helmets, my new Miller Infinity clearview helmet on the left beside my 20 year old Miller elite. Really hoping the clearview will help me be able to see the work piece better.
