Here is a shot of mine after I finished drywalling it. 28x32, ceilings are about 10 feet.

Just under 9' at 106". I can't park another car under the lift, but I knew that when I built the house....had to compromise on floor plan vs. ceiling height in the garage.

It still gives a nice height to work on cars, and I can sit nicely on a stool underneath to work.

No problem!

I bought mine locally here in Canada, and price was just over $3K installed. My lift is an 8000 lb capacity lift as well, if you're doing any research. I'm very happy with it and feel 100% safe while working underneath.
