Ill stay away from Jack thank you very much. Looks like he's ready to tear into your soul. Hah
Damn. So sorry for your loss. Just lost our 12yr old last month. That's the longest I've had a dog live, & while I'm very fortunate for that, it just seems so different without him around. And we have an 18month old pup that has helped with the grieving. I can't imagine this without our pup around. People say "its just a dog" obviously those who say that dont get it. They become part of our families & you see them every day. They're the one that's always home when we get there. I think the rewards out weigh the heartaches, but it dont make it any easier. You hang in there man. Thought & prayers your wayWell yesterday was the day that every pet owner dreads. I had to have my boy Jake put to sleep just a couple weeks after finding out he had a large mass on his spleen. As a single guy that lives alone I cant put words to how much I am missing him...
Rest in peace old friend.

He's an 80 pound "Little Ditty". btw....I needed names for the 2 cats and just so happened when I turned the radio on in my car Jack and Dianne was playing on the radio. lolYou got Jack and Dianne, is Grant "Little Ditty? lol
Thanks and you absolutely hit the nail on the head man. I never realized I was such a creature of habit until this, I catch myself walking to his kennel when I get home to let him out or towards the door to let him out when to do his business when I get ready to go to bed still. Someday I will have another but it wont be a for a while as it wouldnt be fair to a pup right now as I would compare its every action to Jakes.Damn. So sorry for your loss.
